Fees & Responsibilities

• Application: All applicants must complete a pre-qualification rental application form.
• Move-In Fee: One-time non-refundable fee of $500.00
• Security Deposit: None, Zilch. Nada!
• Lease Term: 12 months, 24 months, or Longer. We do not offer short-term rental options.
• Utilities: Renters are responsible for power, gas, and renter's insurance. The unit is cable and internet-ready.

  Average Monthly Costs: Gas: $80.00 Electric: $100.00
• Pets: We welcome your small dog or cat — there is a $25.00/month for small animals (weighing 25 pounds or less)
• We accept Electronic payments for rent, including Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
• Availability: Unit is available July 1st, 2026
